From a long term customer heliotec is commissioned with the operational management of a further wind farm. The eight Fuhrlaender MD77-plants (hub height 85m, rated output 1,500kW) are located at Schenkendoebern and are the first ones which will be supervised by heliotec in the Federal State of Brandenburg.

The studied electrical engineer already performed a trainee at heliotec and worked thereby on a challenging topic in the context of his bachelor thesis. Since 2010-07-01 heliotec is commissioned with the operational management of the wind farm Bockelwitz, whose ten wind turbines of the type GE 1.5s and 1.5i (problematic prototypes) are in operation since 1999.
The new operator of the wind farm intends the execution of a widespread retrofit-program in close cooperation with heliotec as new operational manager, the enhancedistinctly the availabilty and so the energy production of the wind farm.
With its long term experience and comprehensive know-how, heliotec will support the operator by planning and performing the modifications and retrofits as well as optimizing the operation of the wind power plants.

In immediate proximity of the wind farm Berthelsdorf, for which heliotec is responsible since 2001, two more wind power plants were put into operation in the wind farm Weigmannsdorf and from now on they will be supervised by heliotec. Both plants are the type Enercon E-82 with a 98 m hub height and 2 MW ratetd output. With these new plants the number of plants which are supervised by heliotec has icreased to 118 with a total power of 180 MW.
